Spacious and well-maintained, this Richmond off-leash park gives dogs plenty of grassy room to run in separate fenced sections for small and large breeds. A walking trail loops around both areas, and the grounds are kept clean thanks to attentive owners. Shade is minimal — the young trees haven't filled in yet, and benches are few — so plan accordingly on hot days. One recurring frustration is that the water stations sit near the parking lot rather than inside the fenced areas.
