At each period's conclusion, Your Membership will automatically continue under identical conditions unless You or the Organization cancels it.

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel Membership renewal by contacting the Organization through the contact form on our /contact page or by emailing us directly. You will not receive refunds for already-paid fees for Your current Membership period, and You will retain platform access until Your current period ends.

Promotional Activities

The Organization may occasionally offer contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or similar activities ("Promotional Activities") requiring You to submit materials or personal information. All Promotional Activities may have separate rules with eligibility requirements, including age and location restrictions. You must read all rules to determine Your eligibility. By entering Promotional Activities, You agree to follow all applicable rules.

Payment Processing

Continued platform usage after fee changes indicates Your agreement to pay modified amounts.

Refund Policy

Unless legally required, paid Membership fees are non-refundable.

Certain refund requests may be evaluated individually and approved at the Organization's sole discretion.

Marketing Communications

Trial Period

The Organization may offer Memberships with Trial Periods for limited durations at its discretion. You may need to provide billing information for Trial Period registration.

If You provide billing information during Trial Period signup, You won't be charged until the Trial Period expires. On the final Trial Period day, unless You cancel Your Membership, You'll automatically be charged applicable fees for Your selected Membership type.

The Organization reserves the right to (i) modify Trial Period terms, or (ii) cancel Trial Period offers without notice.

User Registration

When creating an account, You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so breaches these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You're responsible for protecting Your password and any activities under Your password, whether on Our Platform or External Social Platforms.

You agree not to share Your password with others. You must immediately notify Us of any security breaches or unauthorized account access.

The Organization reserves rights to determine Material appropriateness and compliance, refuse or remove Material, make formatting changes, and limit or revoke Platform usage for objectionable Material. Since the Organization cannot control all user-posted content, You use the Platform at Your own risk. You understand Platform usage may expose You to offensive, indecent, incorrect, or objectionable content, and You agree the Organization has no liability for any content, errors, omissions, or losses from content usage.

Advertising and Third-Party Content

Our Platform may display advertisements, sponsored content, and promotional materials from third parties. You acknowledge and agree that:

Corrupt or invalid backup points may result from Material corruption before backup or changes during backup processes.

User Indemnification

Without limiting the foregoing, the Organization provides no warranty that the Platform will meet Your requirements, achieve intended results, be compatible with other software/applications/systems/services, operate without interruption, meet performance/reliability standards, be error-free, or that errors will be corrected.

Neither the Organization nor providers make representations or warranties about Platform operation/availability, included information/content/materials/products, uninterrupted/error-free service, information accuracy/reliability/currency, or virus/script/trojan horse/worm/malware/timebomb/harmful component freedom.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions or consumer statutory right limitations, so some exclusions/limitations may not apply. In such cases, exclusions/limitations will apply to the greatest legally enforceable extent.

Applicable Law

Territory laws, excluding conflict-of-law rules, govern these Terms and Your Platform usage. Your usage may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Typographical Errors

If products/services are listed at incorrect prices or with incorrect information due to typographical errors, We may refuse or cancel orders for incorrectly listed items. We may refuse or cancel such orders whether confirmed and charged or not. If Your payment method was charged and Your order is canceled, We'll immediately issue credits to Your payment account.

Agreement Modifications

We reserve rights to modify or replace these Terms at Our sole discretion anytime. For material revisions, We'll provide reasonable efforts to give at least 30 days' notice before new Terms take effect. We determine what constitutes material changes at Our sole discretion.

By continuing Platform access or usage after revisions become effective, You agree to revised Terms. If You disagree with new Terms, wholly or partially, please stop using the Website and Platform.
