Wheelchair-accessible throughout, this Lake Jackson park has ground-level sprinklers and water fountains to help dogs cool down in the heat. Free waste bags are provided, and a washing station with hoses is available to rinse off muddy dogs before heading home. Hours run sunrise to sunset, the park is closed on Wednesdays, and mosquitoes can be an issue depending on the season.
