Shaded pavilions, a catch-and-release fishing pond, a horse arena, and barbecue areas make this Harper community gathering place useful for more than a casual stroll. Picnic tables offer good views of the surroundings, and the historic museum on the grounds is worth a look. Town events and fundraisers run throughout the year. Dogs are welcome but must stay on leash, and there is no dedicated off-leash area.
