Connected to wooded walking trails where leashes are required, this Mercer park's fenced off-leash area gives dogs open grassy space to run and play fetch. A water spout is usually available for thirsty dogs, and seating and waste stations keep things reasonably comfortable for owners. Some visitors feel the fenced section could stand to be larger and that general upkeep could be more consistent.
