Wide open fields and wooded paths give dogs plenty of room to explore at this large off-leash area along the Willamette River. Shaded picnic tables, water fountains, waste stations, and restrooms are all available, and the overall upkeep gets consistently good marks. The area is not fenced, so owners are advised to make sure their dogs come reliably when called before letting them loose.
