Alton Baker Dog Park

Shaded paths wind through this large fenced off-leash area, with water stations at both ends and benches and picnic tables scattered throughout for resting. The natural grass is a draw, though it turns muddy after rain and some visitors have flagged concerns about foxtail grass in parts of the park. Dogs of all sizes share the same space, so owners of smaller pups should keep that in mind. Parking is on-site and the overall atmosphere tends to be relaxed and social.
