Shaded and lakeside, this New Franklin park has a dock, benches, and a fenced swim area that water-loving dogs tend to make full use of. Muddy patches and aging benches are part of the experience, and algae has been a concern during certain seasons. The fencing near the water has gaps that some dogs can get through, so solid recall is worth having before visiting.
