Membership is required to access this Rochester park, which rewards the commitment with a pond, walking trail, benches, bridges, a dog wash station, and large fenced areas divided by dog size. Restrooms and parking are available on-site, and waste bags are provided. Visitors from out of town have found the entry requirements a bit cumbersome, and as with any busy off-leash park, the experience depends partly on the other dogs and owners present that day.
