Gravel surfacing throughout this Wharton park helps keep things manageable after rain, even without grass. Large and small dogs have their own fenced sections, giving both room to move freely off-leash. The water fountain is currently non-functional, so bringing your own water is a good idea. Despite some maintenance gaps, the open fenced space is the main reason visitors keep coming back.
