Unfenced and set along the river, this Livingston park gives dogs plenty of room to run, swim, and retrieve on the water's edge. A parking lot is available, and there's a water fountain on-site, but no shade, waste bags, or restrooms. Worth noting: the area was previously used as a dump, and fragments of glass have been found in the ground, so watch where your dog is nosing around. Best suited for dogs with solid recall.
