Pitcher Dog Park in Independence, Missouri is a small park without a fence. It has a walking trail, benches, and a historic cemetery. The park has space for dogs to run and has water fountains and a covered picnic area. However, many visitors feel it is not a real dog park because the fencing is not complete.
