Padgett Park Natural Area (DeWitt Charter Township)

Tucked near the entrance of a natural area laced with both paved and unpaved trails, the fenced off-leash section here gives dogs room to stretch out while owners can wander quieter paths away from the crowds. The trail network is spread out enough that the place rarely feels busy. Restrooms are available seasonally, and since the dog park was added, owners have generally been more conscientious about keeping the area tidy.
