Grassy and well-maintained most of the time, this Bay City park splits dogs into large and small sections and provides water fountains, benches, and tables for visitors. Shade is limited throughout the grounds, which can be a drawback on hot days. Poop bags run out periodically and the fountains occasionally go out of service, so it's worth planning accordingly.
