Tucked near Baker Park and Carroll Creek, this fenced off-leash area has a mulch surface with water fountains for dogs, shaded benches for owners, waste bags, and trash cans on-site. Dogs must be registered to use the park, and street parking in the area can be frustrating. The space runs smaller than some other Frederick options but still offers enough room for a good run.
