Doubling as an animal shelter, this Monticello facility includes a roomy off-leash area with separate sections for large and small dogs. There are no water stations on site, so bring your own, and the grounds are fairly basic without fencing or waste bag dispensers. Some adopted pets have needed medical attention after leaving the shelter, so it is worth asking staff about an animal's health history.
