Wooded trails and direct access to Kickapoo Creek give this unfenced Peoria park a more natural feel than most off-leash areas. Open fields sit alongside shaded paths, and dogs that enjoy water have plenty of room to splash around in the creek. Amenities are nonexistent here — no waste bags, water stations, or trash cans — but the space and scenery more than compensate for the bare-bones setup.
