Central O'ahu Dog Park in Waipahu, Hawaii has separate areas for small and large dogs. It has basic features like water fountains and parking. The park is clean and a good place for dogs to meet. However, many visitors feel the park is small. There is not much shade, and there is only one bench in each area, which worries pet owners.
