Kiddie pools, water stations, benches, and a hill for dogs to charge up and down make this Makawao park more equipped than most. Separate fenced areas for large and small dogs keep playtime manageable, and waste bags and trash cans are both on site. The grounds stay uncrowded most of the time, giving dogs real room to move without the usual off-leash chaos.
