Built beneath an interstate overpass in St. Petersburg's Kenwood neighborhood, this park gets near-constant shade from both the structure above and surrounding trees. Large and small dogs have separate fenced spaces, and picnic tables and benches give owners room to settle in. Traffic noise from the overpass is noticeable, and the dirt-and-grass ground can be uneven. No water fountains are on site, so bring your own supply.
