Across from the Whole Foods in Navy Yard, this large fenced park splits into separate runs for big and small dogs. Mulch keeps drainage reasonable after rain, and water fountains, benches, and trash cans are all on site. Noise from nearby traffic carries into the space, and shade is limited, but dogs have genuine room to run off leash.
