Dog Park at NOHO West

Sitting inside a North Hollywood shopping center, this small off-leash park uses artificial turf and gets shade from the surrounding buildings. Water fountains, waste stations, and plenty of seating keep things functional, and the space is well-maintained. Parking can be tricky given the shopping center layout, and all dog sizes share the same unfenced run, which is worth knowing if you have a smaller or more timid dog.
