Spacious, fenced, and shaded, this Fresno off-leash park gives dogs plenty of room to run and includes benches, kiddie pools, water stations, and trash cans. Upkeep is inconsistent, and when the park gets busy, inattentive owners and the occasional aggressive dog can be a concern.
