Fenced and easy to reach, this Fillmore spot offers water and benches but has some persistent issues worth knowing about before you go. Waste bag dispensers frequently run empty, and goat weeds on the ground can irritate dogs' paws. Better ground cover and more consistent maintenance would go a long way here. Dogs do have plenty of room to run off-leash despite the rough conditions.
