Shady and sunny sections coexist in this large Dover park, which uses a double-gated entrance that visitors consistently appreciate for safety. Water comes from a spigot and hose during warmer months, and the ground is a mix of dirt and mulch. Corners can be poorly maintained at times, but with separate areas for big and small dogs, waste bags, benches, restrooms, and a parking lot, the overall setup is thorough.
